  • 500g/17oz Tomato Passata/Crushed Tomatoes
  • 250ml/1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 450g/1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spaghetti
