Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  2. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  3. 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  5. 8 slices provolone cheese
  6. 4 crusty hoagie rolls
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste
  8. Optional: mushrooms, jalapeños, or any other desired toppings

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Push the steak to one side of the skillet and add the sliced onions and peppers. Cook until vegetables are soft and fragrant.
  4. Mix the steak, onions, and peppers together in the skillet.
  5. Divide the mixture into four portions in the skillet and place two slices of provolone cheese on top of each portion.
